    The customer service and follow-up were great! I ordered this coat in size Medium, but when it arrived, the fit was loose. They offered a new coat with the correct fit, according to my preferences and the measurements I e-mailed. The lady who works there was very responsive and polite contacted me to make sure the measurements were accurate and followed up to find out the new coat had arrived too and the fit was right. The replacement coat had a tailored fit I was looking for, and the shearling is soft. The process from beginning till the end was quick and straightforward. Overall, a positive experience.
