Please note due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the returning process may take several days or more. Which is why your patience is highly appreciated in the current situation.

Here are a few things we'd like you to know

We will not accept if the item(s) is

  • Damaged or misused by the customer.
  • Missing original tags and company receipt.
  • Has pet hairs, dirty, or smells.

The returning item(s) must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached in order to process.  Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm before sending the product(s) for replacement.
