Quality Product with Quality Service
I purchased this product as a gift to myself, received it in good order and timing. Smelled good when opened and worn, packaging was of quality clear plastic with zipper opening. Item was packaged nicely, not just crammed into the bag. I emailed customer service and they responded in a timely manner and helped me with my concerns. I'm a disabled veteran and the willingness to work with me on my fixed budget does mean alot. I have seen nobody else in this town wearing this. And it looks fire when I gear up

I ordered this for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. He’d been needing one for some time now but has a hard time finding one’s that fit him probably because of his height and build. And since he has long hair, he needed the hood so it could act as a towel whenever his hair is still damp from the shower. HE LOVES IT!! It fits him perfectly and it’s so well made. The sleeves are the right length and the hood is large enough for his hair. It’s exactly what he’s been needing.
